Detail of Santa's Bag, note creepy bear!This is what guests are greeted with when coming into my building! Most people either laugh or are stunned into silence. This delightful, yet crazy, diorama was created by my landlady. When the holidays roll around, she adds the Santa to make it more festive.

I know! That just makes it all the more INSANE!!!
The bear with the missing arm really freaks me out. It looks like it was ravaged by a pet dog and looks very pathetic. It looks like it comes alive at night and it's head spins around. Have fun with that!
Oh man, I'll never open the door at night if I hear any knocking! Jeez! Creepy one arm ravaged psycho bear! ha!
